Founder & CEO
Navadeep founded Hydragon Labs in August 2025 to build GenAI-powered products that solve real problems rather than showcase technology for its own sake. At Hydragon Labs, he ships his own products — including Lexys, an AI-powered Colombian Spanish learning app built around authentic local speech, and PeerFlow, an upcoming analytics product for creators. His focus is making advanced AI feel useful and everyday.
The Story Behind the Name “Hydragon”
When I decided to start a company, I needed a word for the process that led me there. Ever since I was a child I've been a huge fan of mythology and mathematics — so I knew exactly where to look.
Ideas are always bubbling up in my head, fighting for attention. Most never find traction, and quietly die. Every time one dies, two more take its place. The Greeks captured this twenty-five hundred years ago in the Hydra — a monster of regeneration.
The second part of the name is the Dragon — the monster that hoards fire and, when the moment is right, unleashes it upon the world. The Dragon is the symbol of the patient forging of an idea into a product.
There's a third piece, and it's the quietest one. The suffix -gon, as in polygon. Every obsession I chase, every idea that gets turned into a product, is centered around my head.
That's the company. I build GenAI-powered products. Some you'll never hear about — they were heads that died. The ones I ship are the ones that earned the breath and got forged in fire. And all came from the same place.
